We should be taking every illegal invader and prosecute them. Then charge them for the cost and at that point deport them. If they want to get in line like all others doing it legally fine, but not until they pay what they cost us in the first place for doing it illegally. Then once their back ground check is done ALL should be on probation period to insure they are not here to sell drugs, break laws and join gangs.
