<description>I would not worry too much about Bureacracy and Bureaucratic Posts. There is a bigger problem for Obama.

Latinos feel very insecure and worried by the many recent attacks and aggressions against them. Many hispanics do not want to get out at night or only in groups. Better to have a defensive weapon of any permitted sort. Many attacks end up in murder by beatings, kickings and stabbings.

Horrible murders receive the qualification of &quot;Hate Crimes&quot;, even after the election of Obama. Just reading the press. And the authorities are shown as complicit complacent with all this violence.

Those &quot;Hate Crime Murders&quot; are increasing at a fast pace. Also murders of Blacks, only for being Blacks. And many Gays, Lesbians, Transgender, etc.... Murdered by dozens in 2008.

To believe that racism and hate are decreasing is contrary to facts and to events that appear everyday in many newspapers.

Impunity breeds Murder !

And wars always imply an element of Racism and Hate. There are no &quot;clean wars&quot; or &quot;neutral wars&quot;, disinfected or sterilized of Racism and Hate.
